About the Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you won't just be coding; you'll be a key architect of our user-facing features. You will take ownership of complex projects from the initial idea through to deployment and maintenance. Your work will directly impact our customers' daily productivity and success. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, product intuition, and a passion for mentoring and elevating the engineers around you.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

•	Architect & Build:	Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack features using our modern tech stack (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
	•	Own the Backend:	Design, build, and maintain resilient RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices that power our application.
	•	Lead & Mentor:	Act as a technical leader within the team, guiding architectural decisions, conducting thoughtful code reviews, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers to help them grow their skills.
	•	Collaborate & Influence:	Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality solutions that solve real-world user problems.
	•	Improve Our Craft:	Drive technical excellence by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, paying down technical debt, and championing best practices for testing, CI/CD, and observability.
	•	Manage Infrastructure:	Deploy and maintain services on our cloud platform (AWS), leveraging infrastructure-as-code principles and ensuring our systems are reliable and cost-effective.

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications):

•	A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
	•	5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex, full-stack web applications to production.
	•	Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and extensive hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and back-end framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django).
	•	Demonstrated experience designing and scaling relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
	•	Practical experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with core services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
	•	Solid understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
	•	Excellent problem-solving abilities, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

•	Experience building and maintaining a microservices-based architecture.
	•	Familiarity with modern data-fetching patterns like GraphQL (Apollo).
